Attorneys Joe Murphy and Joel Baker have more than 40 years of combined legal experience. They are both former prosecutors, and Joel is a former judge. We understand the process, and we can help you get through this.

We believe in getting our clients the best possible outcome by listening to their needs, evaluating the evidence, and providing them with an honest assessment of their case. We will give you the advice you need, and our team will fight for you.

The webinar is offered several times throughout the week to make it easier for you to work around your schedule. Mr. Baker will offer practical advice to help ensure you won't go back to jail. If you've been directed to this website, It's likely that you've already bonded out of jail, but many people unwittingly return to jail ON THE SAME CHARGE because they don't understand the rules. Once you've had an opportunity to attend one of our online webinars (if you haven't, schedule it now - it's brief, it's free, and it's simple), you can decide if you want to talk to us one-on-one about your case. We try to make it easy and convenient for you. If you want to meet us at the office, face-to-face, we can find a good time to make that happen, but if you would rather discuss your situation via Zoom or by phone, we can sometimes be more flexible. Once you've decided to schedule an appointment, we will send you a form (your "homework") for you to complete prior to the meeting. The information we obtain from you is completely confidential, and it is necessary for us to be fully equipped to understand your needs and to properly help you. We will try to obtain as much information about your arrest so that we can evaluate your case. If you decide to hire us to represent you, we will discuss your payment options at that time.

If you or a loved one has been arrested for a criminal offense, we know you have questions. Some law firms post the same old stuff that anyone can obtain from a legal marketing firm, but it doesn't necessarily apply to Texas criminal matters. Furthermore, it's rarely useful. If you have questions, please schedule a time to hear about the process and the things you need to know during one of our free webinars. If you have a mobile phone or a computer, you'll probably be able to view or listen in. Just click the link below.
